Tedy Bruschi Says Bye After 13 Years

Tedy Bruschi Says Bye After 13 YearsTedy Bruschi said good bye yesterday to the football fields after having spent 13 years playing for the New England Patriots in NFL betting. With the Patriots, Bruschi won a total of three Super Bowl rings.

“I’m 36 years old,” he said at a press conference beside Coach Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft, the franchise owner. “Your body doesn’t heal as quickly.”

The Filipino-Italian placer suffered a mild stroke in 2005 and only eight months later was cleared healthy and returned to play for the 2005 regular season after having announced he would sit it out from NFL betting. He was awarded the NFL Comeback Player of the Year Award.

“I was retired,” he added. “I didn’t think it was possible” to play again.

Last NFL betting season his performance went down quite a bit and this year he was included in the backup defensive group. Having lost many days of training due to an injury, he began to consider permanent retirement from the NFL odds.

“If you ask me to sum up how I feel about Tedy Bruschi in five seconds: he’s the perfect player,” said Coach Belichick in reference to Bruschi.

Tedy Lacap Bruschi was born on June 9th, 1973 in San Francisco, California. He was picked up by the New England Patriots 86th in the third round in the ’96 NFL betting draft and today he is walking out the grand door of the New England Patriots.
