Pats at Saints Monday Night Game of the Year
There is no bigger game this week in the NFL than the game between the 10-0 Saints and the 7-3 Pats. In fact, there will no bigger Monday Night football betting game this season than New England and New Orleans in the Super Dome.
This game is so big that it might actually live up to the hype. The teams are very similar in that they both run high octane offenses that put up a tone of points. Both teams are lead by outstanding QBs as well with Tom Brady and Drew Brees promising to punish their opponent’s defenses.

Both QBs stretch the field when the opportunity is there but they both make there livings dumping balls underneath as well to make up for a lack of between the tackle running game.
The key to this game will be defense. The defense that flinches first in this mega-Monday Night football betting extravaganza will lose. Both defenses are opportunistic and benefit from talented coordinators. The Pats are among the best against the past with surprisingly good coverage in the secondary but the team doesn’t have much of a pass rush.
The Saints have given up more yards than the Pats in the air but the team leads the league in turnovers and turnovers returned for TDs. It’s an opportunistic bunch of vultures in the secondary and expect this group to make a game changing play on Monday.Saints remain Super in the Super Dome and the Pats fall to a very misleading 7-4 record.
